Make a reservation for a large group at Social Llama Cafe

We’re excited to host you and are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests, especially those planning larger gatherings. Below are our policies for large reservations, private room bookings, and patio events. 

• Groups of 9 or more guests are subject to an 18% gratuity on the final bill.
   
• A $200 refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation.
   
• Maximum capacity for any group booking is 16 guests.
   

Deposit Policy:
Your deposit is fully refundable and will be adjusted towards your final bill at the end of your visit.

We would love to work with you on a set menu to ensure timely service and to control the budget of the event. 

 While we do not have a private dining room, we can offer a private-style event booking where the café space is reserved for your group’s use.

• For bookings of up to 10 guests → $200 deposit
   
• For bookings of 11–16 guests → $400 deposit
  (Deposits are applied to your final bill.)

 Minimum spend varies based on season, day, and duration:

• Peak Season (November–February, July-August)
  → Weekday: $30; Weekend:$35 per person minimum spend
   
• Off-Peak Season (March- June, September–October)
  → $30 per person minimum spend
   

• $45 per person minimum spend, regardless of season.

 An 18% service charge is applied to all groups of 9 or more. 

• Large groups: 72 -hour cancellation notice required.
   
• Deposits are returned (via bill adjustment) as long as the group attends.
