Social Llama Café was born from the heart of Chef Ishan, who watched the most important women in his life—his wife, sister, and mother—struggle to find restaurant meals that honored their dietary needs. Whether facing food allergies, plant-based lifestyles, or gluten sensitivities, they were often left with few options and limited joy at the table.
